Thank you for shopping with Vault 206. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently.
Processing Time
Orders placed through the Shop App are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new arrivals), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We have a flat rate shipping fee, if you'd like your package quicker please select Express Shipping during checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided directly from the carrier and are based on your location and selected method.
We primarily ship using:
• USPS First Class
• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS Ground (for larger packages)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and the Shop App.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. We will assist where we can, but we cannot refund or replace orders that have been confirmed delivered.
Delivery Issues (Returned to Sender)
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Tracking Updates
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If your tracking does not update after 3 business days, contact us and we will assist you.
